Abstract

The invention concerns the closing and opening of boxes of the small cage type for fresh products such as fruit or cheese, etc, in such a way as to fix the cover without preventing aeration. This system comprises: a box bottom 1 provided with a built-in hook 2; a pushing hole for disengagement 3; a pre-folded cover 4, 5 and 6; the tongue 6 of which, provided with an attachment slot 7, attaches it to the right angle 8 of the hook 2 after having slid on the inclined plane 9; due to the chamfer 10 and the shoulders, the tongue is positioned by simple pressure on the pre-folded sides. The pushing hole for disengagement allows the disengagement of the cover by vertical pressure and lateral removal. This method is particularly advantageous for speeding up the manual packaging of cheese and other fresh products, or for mechanising this packaging and for the unpacking of these products at the point of sale.

Description

The present invention relates to a process for rapidly closing and opening crates, the independent lid of which must protect the container without preventing it from being ventilated; which is often the case with cheeses; fruits; and other perishable products.

The methods currently used do not allow rapid closure or opening of the packaging, generally the cover alone is not sufficient to ensure closure, it must be celled or stapling or closed by adhesive or bonded paper, or wrapped in film.

The invention proposes to solve this problem.

This type of packaging consists of a bottom in the shape of a parallelepiped open upwards (fig. T and 2) and a flat cover foldable on 2 sides and on part of the outside face of the bottom.

The crate according to the invention is made of one-piece expanded polystyrene but can be made of any other moldable material; t hermoformable; injectables.

The cover, made of cardboard cardboard boxes; plastics and elastic plastics or composite materials is pre-folded to the folding rules, according to Figures 5 and 6
The present invention consists in the system of

In this figure we see that by the effect of a pressure
on the side of the cover, the tongue has been guided
by the shoulder then by the inclined plane and slid on
the hook until the fentc is opposite
