Abstract

a. The invention concerns apparatuses "or means of transport" of multifunctional use, domestic or trade-orientated, making it possible to complete the packing, handling and transport completely, cleanly, easily and in an anti-theft manner of the most various goods and objects (by car and even on foot). b. It comprises essentially the following members: - an extendable caisson 7 where there will be housed: either a gas bottle laid down on three rigid and removable arches 12, 3 and 4; or else numerous and various products which are firmly and solidly fixed (either by a belt 9, a net, or even by an anti-theft cover which can be locked with a key); with handles 8 at the front and rear ends, and also at the sides (on the left and on the right) of the transport caisson, where there will be furthermore mounted: a. at the lower and front corners, two telescopic and retractable feet 15; b. then at the lower rear corners, two all-terrain wheels 11 which are telescopic, suspended and retractable; c. and finally, the underside (or foot) of the transport caisson shall be covered with sheets of non-slip rubber 10, 13 and 14, giving it (with the feet and wheels retracted) perfect stability and good adherence for transporting it in a vehicle. c. Amongst the most useful applications of the invention can be cited the complete, easy and clean transport of merchandise, by car and also on foot, from various purchasing points to the domicile, or even the design of a modern and anti-theft trunk (or suitcase) for the greater comfort of the numerous contemporary travellers in the world.

AND TRANSPORT OF GAS BOTTLE,
VARIOUS ITEMS OR OBJECTS.

Request for certificate of addition to the project submitted to the institute
National of Industrial Property - INPI on July 11, 1980 and registered under the National number: 80/15763.

The modifications brought by the present constitute a useful improvement of the original device, thus adapting it to many and various variants of possible use.

 S @ previous description is thus supplemented in the manner described below.

DESCRIPTION AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The device comprises a rectangular box (or frame) in motel, wood or plastic of light, economical and solid structure, where the gas bottle will be housed lying down, otherwise other uses which will be specified below:
The above box is a straight and hollow rectangular parallelepiped, the upper wall of which is removed.

It is essentially composed of two rigid frames, mounted parallel and vertically, sBemboStant one inside the other
Its inner frame of smaller perimeter, with its welded and rigid end, side and bottom walls, constitute the main body of the device.

This will also include and incidentally:
I. OUTSIDE:
a rigid frame (7) sliding vertically and fitting
on its periphery, mounted on rack guides with automatic locking (or blocking); handles (8) will be fixed to the upper edge of each of its vertical walls, facing one another.

II. INSIDE:
a) three rigid hoops will be fitted, anchored and removable
(12, 3 and 4), each fixed with three fasteners
fixing, clips or "halds-down", at the bottom, on the parts
lateral, symmetrical and at the upper edges of the walls
interior and fixed of the box. These hoops are intended
in particular to the support and suitable accommodation of the
gas cylinder, but can be easily removed
for other uses or transport different from the box;
b) will still be placed at the bottom of the box, laterally
and symmetrically the anchor points:
1. either with a strap (9), made of leather or rubber;
2. either, of a net (wire network or "Nylon"), intended
to be stretched from one wall of the box to the other, over
the gas cylinder or other products transported
throw;
c) will be mounted finally, at the lower corners and at the front,
two telescopic and retractable feet (15-);
d) then at the lower rear corners, two rollers (81)
telescopic, suspended and retractable.

The all terrain hanging casters (11) will have a ground clearance "m.nimumt of 25 to 30 centimeters, to allow the device, simply towed, to easily overcome obstacles, such as: curbs or steps" .

These castors (11) will be designed with rubber treads. The wheels will also be of fairly large diameter, of the order of ten centimeters and about five centimeters wide.

The bottom (or foot) of the box will be lined with sheets of rubber with non-slip reliefs (10, 13 and 14).

Two retractable telescopic feet (15) with non-slip rubber soles will be placed at the front and at the lower corners of the box, to allow the stop: 1) its correct horizontal stabilization; 2) st, good anchoring to the ground (the casters out).

This improved device allows you to vary the height of the box and gradually adjust its useful volume, ranging from simple to double, depending on the desired packaging and suitable for its specific use.

 Similarly, it emerges from the above description, that this device thus modified inevitably presents a more extensive variant of domestic uses in particular. Indeed, whether it is a question of renewing your gas bottle or most commonly of shopping, this single device allows its user to easily and cleanly carry out the transport of all goods (by car or even a foot) from the various points of purchase at his home.

A different and interesting application of the invention will be the making of a modern suitcase, thereby creating a comfortable and easy-to-handle luggage, for the use and comfort of the greatest number of contemporary travelers, avoiding them by at the same time the theft or loss of personal objects commonly encountered during travel.

This case designed in light and finished materials, will include in particular: a cover; securely attached to hinges at an "outer and upper edge" of the movable frame.

This cover can thus open and be lockable with the key, in the closed position.

Finally, it will be a piece of convenient individual baggage and anti-theft at the same time, such as current containers for the industrial transport of goods, notably by sea, ensuring at the same time absolute safety for the products transported with their simplified handling. and rational during the various stages of transport (loading, transhipment9 .... sot).
