LA PARTICULARITE TECHNIQUE DE CE PANNEAU EST SA GRANDE SOLIDITE OBTENUE PAR LE COLLAGE DES TOLES 3 EXTERIEURE ET INTERIEURE DE PAREMENT, SUR DU BOIS CONTREPLAQUE OU AGGLOMERE 2, POUR OBTENIR UNE SURFACE DURE, RIGIDE ET RESISTANTE AUX CHOCS. LE TOUT EST INSERE DANS UN CADRE METALLIQUE OU BOIS 4. LA TOLE EXTERIEURE DU PANNEAU FAIT EGALEMENT LARMIER 5. DES PLIS SUR LES COTES VERTICAUX DE LA TOLE FONT DES CHANTS FINIS.

PANNEAU SANDWICH ANTI-CHOC
DESCRIPTION
La dite invention s'adresse au domaine du bâtiment, pour le remplissage des façades de tous bâtiments industrialisés, à usage d'habitation ou de locaux industriels de grande surface, ainsi que les bâtiments d'équipement de chantiers, mobiles, provisoires, démontables ou définitifs.
-L'invention est un panneau sandwich de tailles multiples, selon le genre de bâtiment pour lequel il est destine.
I1 se compose d'une âme isolante en mousse (différente selon les applications du panneau). La particularité de ce panneau est que l'on colle, sous très forte pression, une t31e galvanisée ou d'aluminium, sur une feuillé de contreplaqué marine ou d'aggloméré hydrofuge, pour obtenir un raidissement de la tôle et une résistance aux chocs, ce qui fait que la tôle cui est le parement extérieur et intérieur du panneau, est pratiquement indéformable et d'une très grande résistance.
Sur la nériphérie, un cadre bois ou métallique, viendra inserer la mousse à l'intérieur de la tôle, raidie par son support.
Le cadre interne du panneau sera différent dans a composition et son épaisseur, selon que le panneau est porteur ou non.
Le problème technique du panneau sandwich en général, est sa fragilité dans les manipulations au cours du montage (et du démontage), risques de percements, fissures et détériorations de toute sorte. également , en ce qui concerne les effractions qui peuvent survenir à n'importe quel bâtiment, car en général, il est plus facile de s'introduire dans un bâtiment industrialisé léger, par les murs, plutôt que par les ouvertures, si celles-ci sont protégés.
Le panneau anti-choc dément toutes ces raisons, oour lesquelles l'industrialisé ne correspond pas toujours N la demande d'inviolabilité.

Claims (3)

    PANNEAU SANDWICH ANTI-CHOC REVENDICATIONS 1o- Il se compose de deux faces nétalliques (3) prélaquées ou émaillées.
  1. 2.- Ces deux faces métalliques, sont directement collées
    chacune sur une feuille de contreplaqué ou aggloméré (2)
    sous très forte pression, afin d'obtenir une grande
    rigidite.
  2. 3.- Les deux plaques rigides ainsi obtenues, sont ensuite
    collées sur un cadre métallique ou bois (4) renfermant
    une âme en mousse pour l'isolation.
    4z- Les tôles peuvent être pliées pour obtenir un chant fini.
  3. 5.- Ls tôle extérieure du panneau peut le dépasser sur sa base,
    de façon à former un larmier rejet d'eau (5)
