Le renchérissement constant des transports depuis J'usine de production jusque chez les revendeurs grève lourdement le prix d'une brouette du fait du poids spécifique relativement léger de cet engin eu égard à soll volume ou encombrement lorsqu'il est monté. However, this machine is a product which is subject to strong competition, the cost price of which must therefore be reduced every day, if possible, without affecting its quality.
Pour cela,dans le brevet N 2.076.549 déposé le 19.1.70 il a été prévu de rendre la brouette entièrement démontable de fagon à pouvoir rassembler le différents éléments , au nombre de douze indépendamment de la roue, qui la constituent dans le bac de laditeb brouette, le tout pouvant entrer dans un carton pour former un colis parallélépipédique et compact, donc facile à manipuler et à gerber et présentant un volume bien moindre pour sensiblement le même poids, ce qui diminuait considérablement le coût du transport et rendait plus faciles les opérations de chargement et déchargement Des cuvettes coniques, pratiquées dans chacun des éléments qui devaient se superposer, et qui s'emboitaîent elles-mêmes l'une dans l'autre , facilitaient le montage et assuraient la parfaite immobilisation des éléments entre eux, indépendamment des boulons d'assemblage à tête conique qui assuraient l'étanchéité de la cuve
Un tel dispositif constituait un réel progrèsb par rapport à la méthode antérieure qui consistait à transporter les brouettes antièrement montées , ce qui occupait un volume cnsi- dérable et ne permettait pas un transport en nombre . .NIais un tel dispositif présentait l'inconvénient d'imposer au revendeur une opération de montage relativement longue lors de la réception de la marchandise et avant la livraison à-la clientèle
Pour éviter cela le revendeur était tenté de laisser le soin de cette opération à la clientèle .Ou bien il s'agissait d'une clientèle de particuliers qui manquaient de l'habileté nécessai- re, quoique minima , pour procéder à ce montage , ou bien il s'agissait de la clientèle des entrepreneurs de bâtiments qui redoutaient la perte de temps nécessaire à ce montage
Pour cela,il a été déposé le 8i12w72 le brevet portant ie N0 2.32.83 qui permettait de réduire aussi considérable- i 0ent 1 'encombrement pour le transport en nombre tout en re- duisant au minimum les opérations de montage. Le dispositif étant ainsi constitué, on comprend que la superposition des cassis entre eux ne présertera plus aucune difficulté .Comme on le voit sur les figures 9 et 3, il sera en effet aisé de superposer plusieurs chassis nus le piétement de chacun d'eux pénétrant facilement à l'inté rieur du piètement du chassis inférieur et assurant mutuellement le calage réciproque de ces éléments

Il peut outre ainsi fait des colis manipulables manuellement contenant un plus grand nombre encore de brouettes diminuant de ce fait dans une importante proportion le prix du transport , sans que la main-d'oeuvre nécessaire à la re ception pour la reconstitution de ces brouettes soit importante, puisqu'elle ne nécessite que la mise en place de la cuve sur chaque chassis
