The present invention mainly relates to instruments of the type: endodontic instruments used in odontostomatology for dental treatment. The "cotomèche" according to the invention is made up of a rod which may be metallic or made of synthetic material to which an absorbent material is fixed which, depending on its nature, can be wound, sprayed, polymerized or applied around.
