Description
On connaît déjà depuis trws longtemps des dispositifs intra-utérin souvent dénommés "stérilet" mais jusuuta pre- sent tous ces dispositifs n'ont p s tonné une complète satisfaction car, d'une part, ils sont très souvent mal tolerés par la patiente, et entraînent parfois des reactions secondaires telles que des hé##orragies, des inflammations locales, et bien que l'on ait cherché par afférents moyens à reiié- dier à ces inconvénients, les résultats sont peu satisfaisants, et d'autre part, la récupération du dispositif pose souvent des problèmes et, de ce fait, os est encore amené à limiter l'emploi de ce dispositif intra-utérin.
