CLAIM   1 display card made of plastic, usable in particular for collars and leashes of cats or dogs, characterized in that it comprises a hooking device, preferably lateral, on the bar of a display, a first tamper device longitudinal formed by a plastic tongue having a hinge on the card at one of its ends and whose free end carries a series of 'arrows' for hooking and by a recess,   in the plate, which allows to engage said end   the free zone carrying the "arrows", a second inviolability device similar to the first preferably disposed in a direction perpendicular to that of the first device, and optionally at least one opening and a recess for winding the objects of a certain length.
