Abstract

The spherical heater for water is surrounded by an insulation sheath which in turn is surrounded by a continuous system of pipes that allow the solar heating of the water. The whole is surrounded by a sphere of transparent material that produces a greenhouse effect. The water is heated by absorption of solar rays on the non reflecting surface of the pipes and also by the greenhouse effect. Cold water comes into the heater through a supply pipe and the hot water leaves by a domestic supply pipe.
