Abstract

The fluid evacuation regulation is based on the movement of the fluid inside the regulating tank and not on its level inside the regulating tank. For example, in case of ram storm, the rising of the water level in the regulating tank controls the closing of the evacuation and the end of this rising stage, i.e. the end of the thunderstorm, controls the opening of the evacuation. In one version, the movement of the fluid moves a float which acts on a pulse emitting device which controls an electro-valve. Alternatively, the float directly controls the electro-valve.
