Abstract

Sheath has a closed end to cover the glans penis and with a pouch projecting from the end, axially spaced upper and lower constrictions, and hollow projections on the sheath adjacent to the constrictions with the end of each projection having a dimple. The walls of the constrictions are pref. concave and extend around the whole circumference of the sheath. The projections are pref. present between the closed end and upper constriction, between the constrictions and over the lower constriction. The arrangement reduces the risk of the sheath slipping off in use or of leakage of semen.

Description

Condom.

 The present invention relates to hygienic and contraceptive devices, called condoms or condoms, which are widely used by men in the form of a protective sheath, both for contraception and to prevent diseases. The invention relates, more particularly, to a new hygienic and contraceptive device which is very effective, of economical manufacture and of simple use, easy and pleasant.

 The invention therefore aims to a new condom, or male condom, which has many advantages over known devices. It also relates to a condom which is very effective in preventing involuntary slipping and loss by the user during use, which prevents sperm from leaking during use.

 A hygienic and contraceptive device according to the invention is of economical production and simple and easy to use.

 Other objects and advantages of the invention will appear to those skilled in the art on reading the description of the embodiments, which are not limitative, represented # on the # in the accompanying drawings.

 The preferred embodiment of the invention, shown in FIG. 1, essentially has the form of a cylindrical sheath comprising an outer cap 1 in the region of the glans, in order to cover the glans of a user, and a protruding pocket 6 provided at the top of the cap, in order to receive the semen during ejaculation and to prevent its backward flow or its leakage. A narrowed upper part 2, of smaller diameter than the external part 1, has an inward curvature. It is located immediately below the outer cap 1. A narrowed lower part 3 is formed in the same way as the narrowed upper part 2 and is located at a certain distance from the latter. A large number of hemispherical protrusions, similar to small warts 4, each have at their top a part 7 pressed inwards. Warts 4 are formed on an outer circumferential surface, below the outer cap 1, as well as on a second circumferential surface extending from a lower edge of the narrowed upper part 2 to a lower edge of the narrowed lower part 3. As shown in FIG. 3, the narrowed lower part 3 may alternatively be replaced by a cylindrical part 5 of smaller diameter.

 The device according to the present invention gives women a feeling of pleasure, because of the presence of small warts which protrude from its outer circumferential surface. This device is also very effective in that its structure prevents it from accidentally sliding out of a user's penis. In addition, the structure prevents any leakage of sperm, thanks to the presence of the two narrowed parts 2 and 3. Because the narrowed lower part, or the cylindrical part 5 of smaller diameter, can strongly compress the blood vessels at the base. penis, this makes it easier to maintain the erection of the penis for a longer period of time than would be possible without it. REVFNDICATIONS  1. Condom or male condom, characterized in that it comprises: an external cap (1) which covers the glans of a user; a protruding pocket (6), the upper end of the outer cap; a narrowed upper part (2), of smaller diameter than the outer cap (1) and which has an inward curvature, immediately below the cap; and a narrowed lower part (3, 5), of smaller diameter than the outer cap, a large number of protuberances or warts (4), which have a cavity (7) at their outer ends, being distributed over the circumferential surface below the outer cap (1) and on an outer circumferential surface which extends from a lower edge of the narrowed upper part (2) to a position close to an edge of the narrowed lower part (3 ).  2. Condom according to claim 1 characterized in that the narrowed lower part (3) has an inward curvature.  3. Condom according to claim 2, characterized in that the warts cover the narrowed lower part (3).  4. Condom according to claim 2, characterized in that the narrowed lower part (5) is of cylindrical shape.
