 The present invention relates to a device intended to be fixed on a material comprising bristles or on a fluffy material.

 It has been known since ancient times to decorate the hair using devices of the pliers or pins type for example. These devices have in common the disadvantage of being often quite bulky.

 The purpose of the present invention is to provide a very simple device for fixing decorative elements in the hair.
