La température de réaction n'est pas essentielle et peut se situer entre environ 0 et 100 C. anhydrous medium using as a so-called ether an ether such as dimethoxyethane, a hydrocarbon such as toluene or another solvent that is inert under the reaction conditions. The reaction temperature is not essential and can be between about 0 and 100 C.
Since the reaction is exothermic, the reaction is advantageously started at room temperature and the reaction temperature is allowed to rise gradually.
Y is preferably chlorine or bromine, especially chlorine.
The reaction is advantageously carried out in the presence of an acid acceptor, such as sodium hydride, sodium amide or a sodium alkoxide, for example sodium ethoxide.
Potted vine seedlings (at the 3rd to 6th leaf stage) are sprayed with an aqueous spray suspension containing 0.0008% w / v of a compound of formula I, for example 2-methylsulfonyloxy-N (2,6-dimethylphenyl) -N- (2-oxo-oxazolidino) -acetamide (as a preparation obtained according to Preparation Example I). After 2 hours, the treated plants are inoculated with a suspension of spores of
Plasmopara viticola and the plants are then transferred to a tent giving a relative atmospheric humidity of 100% at an ambient temperature of 15-220C (varying over a 24-hour period) and a daytime of 16 hours. the disease 6 days after inoculation by comparing the treated plants with the untreated plants inoculated in a similar way. With the test compound, a significant contraindication of the fungal infection is observed without any notable sign of phytotoxicity to the hut plants.
Essai C : Effet fongicide curatif contre Plasmopara viticola
Test C: Curative fungicidal effect against Plasmopara viticola
Potted vine seedlings (at the 3rd to 6th leaf stage) are inoculated in the same manner as in test B, but the application of the compound, for example 2-methylsulfonyloxy-N- (2, 6-dimethylphenyl) -N- (2-oxo-oxazolidino) -acetamide (presented in the form of a preparation obtained according to Preparative Example 1), takes place only 3 days after inoculation the conditions of Incubation are the same as those described in Test B. The disease counterpart is evaluated as indicated in Test B. With the test compound, a notable control of the fungal infection is observed.
Essai D : Effet fongicide d'éradication contre Plasmopara viticola
Test D: Fungicidal effect of eradication against Plasmopara viticola
The procedure for evaluating this type of activity is as described in Test C, with the difference that treatment is performed only 6 days after inoculation, when sporulation on the underside of the leaf is already evident. The control of the disease evaluated 7 days after the application, for example, of 0.012% of 2-methylsulfonyloxy-N (2,6-dimethylphenyl) -N- (2-oxo-oxazolidino) -acetamide (presented in a formulation prepared according to Preparation Example I) reveals a stopping effect on the dice zones during sporulation.
Test E: Translation into treated grape leaves
Treated vine leaves are treated with an aqueous spray suspension containing 0.012% of a compound of formula I, for example 2-methylsulfonyloxy-N- (2,6-dimethylphenyl) -N- (2-oxo) oxazolidino) -acetamide (presented in preparation according to Preparation Example I), treating only the lower half of the leaves. Two hours after the treatment, the whole leaf is inoculated with a suspension of Plasmopara viticola spores, after which the leaves are incubated in a tent giving a 100% atmospheric humidity under the conditions described in test B. Although the only the lower half of the leaves, as indicated above, has been treated with the test compound, a notable control of the disease is observed on the whole inoculated leaf. The same effect is also observed when only the upper half of the leaves are treated. This test thus shows that 2-methylsulfonyloxy-N- (2,6-dimethylphdnyl) -N- (2-oxo-oxazolidino) acetamide (presented in preparation according to Preparation Example I), is distributed in a foil. both towards the summit and towards the base.

The starting materials used in Example 1 can be prepared in the following manner.
EXEMPLE A : 2-(4-méthylpnénylsulfonyloxyacétyl)-2-(2,6-diméthyl-
phényl)hydrazine-carboxylate de 2-chloroéthyle.EXAMPLE A 2- (4-methylphenylsulfonyloxyacetyl) -2- (2,6-dimethyl) -2-
2-chloroethyl phenyl) hydrazine carboxylate.
A solution of 112 g (0.45 mole) of 2- (4-methylphenylsulfonyloxy) acetyl chloride in 100 ml of toluene was slowly added with stirring at room temperature to a slurry of 109 g (0.43 mol). 2-chloroethyl 2- (2,6-dimethylpnenyl) hydrazine carboxylate in 500 ml toluene and the mixture is stirred at room temperature for 4 h. The reaction mixture is then washed successively with water by an aqueous solution of NaHCO 3 and with water, dried over MgSO 4 and evaporated under vacuum to obtain a yellow solid which, by recrystallization in ethanol, gives the desired compound as colorless crystals, m.p. 125-127 C.
EXEMPLE B : 2-(2,6-diméthylpnényl)-hydrazine-carboxylate de 2-chloro éthyle. EXAMPLE B 2-chloroethyl 2- (2,6-dimethylphenyl) hydrazine carboxylate
A mixture of 17.7 g (0.1 mole) of 2,6-dimethylphenylhydrazine hydrochloride and 21.2 g (0.2 mole) of sodium carbonate in a mixture of 50 μl is stirred for 30 minutes at room temperature. water and 50 ml of xylene and then cooled to 50C. 14.3 g (0.1 mol) of 2-chloroethyl chloroformate are then added over 1 hour, maintaining the temperature at 50 ° C. by external cooling. The mixture is stirred at 50 ° C. for another hour, after which 100 ml of water are added.
La recristallisation dans un nié lange éther éthylique/pétrole léger élève le point de fusion à 74-750C.The precipitate thus formed is filtered off, washed with water and dried to obtain the desired form of a slightly colored solid, mp 69 ° -70 ° C. Recrystallization from a diethyl ether / light petroleum mixture raises the melting point to 74-750C.
EXEMPLE C
EXAMPLE C
Following the procedure of Example 1, but using starting materials analogous to the compounds of formula II, wherein AR10 is C1 or Br, the following compounds of formula III are obtained (Table E: R3, R5 and R6 = H).
