Abstract

The word game uses a grid of squares, each carrying a letter, and tiles which carry the same letters. The tiles can be joined together in groups, each group having letters corresponding to aligned squares on the grid and forming a word. The tiles are parallelepiped and have the letter on one of the square bases (1). They are joined by tenons (7) and mortices (12) on the four lateral faces (3,4) and the four corners (5,6). On each tile the tenons and mortices are on opposite faces.
