Abstract

The prefabricated galvanised shutters are permanent and not withdrawn and form columns, beams and lintels as well as shutters for the concrete. They also provide a framework for the exterior joinery. Interior and exterior insulating panels are fixed to them by self tapping screws or hooked nails. The exterior fill panels have outside and inside skins separated by insulating while the interior fill panels have a skin glued onto insulation, the assembly assuring continuity in the thermal insulation while using different insulating materials.

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de panneaux mtalliques préfabriqués en usine,montés sur chantier,rigidifiés par coulage de breton et complétés par des éléments de remplissage conduisant à l'édification rapide de niaisons individuelles,en bandes,de logements collectifs, de locaux industriels,commerciaux ou à usage de bureaux å un ou plusieurs niveaux,
Des panneaux en tôle galvanisée pliée sont préfabriqués en atelier et regroupent les fonctions de coffrage pour potelets intermédiaires (1),d'angle (2) ,pour chainages (3),d'étayage secondaire (4) de l'ossature principale, de support (5) des pré cadres des menuiseries extérieures et de support (6) des éléments extérieurs et intérieurs de remplissage et d'isolation.Les supports (4) et (6) peuvent entre confondus.

Les panneaux intérieurs possèdent une isolation en polystyrène ou poly- uréthane et un parement en panneaux de particules bois,contreplaqué, particules agglomérées au ciment ou avec un autre liant,tCie d'acier, plaque de platre.Ils peuvent présenter un état de surface fini ou servir de support aux finitions intérieures (9) du type enduit platre, peinture, tissus ou tapisserie.
