Abstract

The offshore floating platform for leisure use is circular in shape, made of reinforced concrete, and constructed as a ship's hull. It incorporates more than one swimming pool and can incorporate a stage or platform at the centre, for entertainment. The surrounding surfaces slope downwards towards the centre, and are stepped and covered with sand, and can also be used for seating for viewing the stage. Housed underneath are changing rooms, entertainment rooms, and equipment rooms. The whole is moored adjacent to a sea shore or river bank with access by a floating walkway, and mooring cables for boats can be included. The whole can be protected from the weather by a canopy.

Description

It is two or three hundred meters from the shore of the sea or a plain
water (natural or artificial) from a nautical complex-floating solarium connected
at the edge by a strictly pedestrian pier.

Seen from above, this complex is round (or polyé dri que). In its center, the nautical complex consisting of an Olympic swimming pool flanked on one side
a wading pool and on the other side of a smaller pool.

Around several showers supplied with fresh water while the two swimming pools have either seawater (in the case of a sea shore) or

- i distribution room for cold drinks and meals
- i rental room for beach equipment and books as well as men's and ladies' toilets, changing rooms and individual cabins.

 The circular corridor is decorated with display windows.

 All fire retardant devices and materials are used.

 On level -2, accessible by 2 service staircases, are located the technical installations rooms, namely: air conditioning room of 1 main room, heating of the pool and wading pools, pumping stations for renewal of the fresh water reserve.

Access to this nautical-solarium complex can be done in two ways:
10) For pedestrians by a strictly pedestrian pier bordered by busbars in pots of potting soil.

20) Using 2 non-polluting motor boats which will provide the comings and goings along the pedestrian pier guided by a drapery cable fixed to it, on its sides.

Solar cells will be installed on the sides most exposed to the sun. These will ensure the supply of electrical energy to the complex: both for hot water and for lighting and various installations.

The pollution will be zero thanks to three provisions:
1) A circle of beacons (possibly with nets) placed 300 m around the complex will prevent approaching boats (motorized or not) as well as all along the pedestrian pier.

 20) Large fine mesh nets to stop any jets of boxes or litter will be stretched horizontally over the water around the entire periphery and cleaned very frequently.

30) A strict and very monitored regulation will be imposed upon access to the pedestrian pier> as follows:
Formal prohibition: transistors, battery installations or sound devices; any animal even kept on a leash; all fires (barbecues etc.) all jets of boxes, packaging, bottles, litter in the sea will be fined, burial in the sand also.

VARIANTS
1) The nautical center, center of the complex may be covered with a wooden tray serving as a stage for show and concert; in this case the plagettes arranged in tiers are used by spectators in the open air.

 20) A canvas tent can cover everything if weather conditions or a show require it.
