Abstract

The method of supporting wine bottles horizontally in a rack, uses a resilient ring (4) which is clamped around the neck (3) of each bottle. The rear end of the bottle is supported by a rear support, and the ring grips a vertical front support (6). The ring is C-shaped, and is U-shaped in cross section. The U-section enables the ring to grip the vertical front support of the rack between its side arms, and its C-shape enables it to grip a bottle neck of any size.
