Abstract

Préparation médicamenteuse, antiinflammatoire et antiinfectieuse à usage externe dont l'effet thérapeutique est réalisé par une association de gaz flugènes réfrigérants et d'un produit actif végétaL Elle se compose d'une part d'extraits végétaux : teinture de gingembre, huile essentielle d'origan, huile essentielle de genièvre, huile essentielle de térébenthine, de menthol, de camphre et d'alcoolat de romarin, d'autre part de flugène II4-I2 et II avec ou sans tiers solvant alcoolique. Ce produit a son application dans le traitement local de tous les états inflammatoires et infectieux.

Description

La présente invention concerne une préparation médicamenteuse pertrettant de traiter localement toutes sortes d'inflammations.
Aucun des antiinflammatoires à usage externe connus contenant ces extraits végetaux ou des produits de synthèse organique ou minéral, n'a été associé à un des meilleurs antiinflammatoires aue représente l'effet physique du froid.
L"effet antiinflammatoire de l'association flugène + extrait est cliniquement plus fort, immédiat et prolonge dans le temps. Le condi- tionnement est sous fore pratique de boitier aérosol ou le flugène joue le rôle de gaz propulseur et réfrigérant.
La pre;aratio objet de cette invention associe une formule d'extraits végétaux et selon les concentrations, des flugènes 114 - 12 et II et de l'alcool ou de l'acétone soit

Caractéristiques des extraits végétaux
La teinture, huiles essentielles et alcoolat sont obtenus selon les modalites opératoires, décrits dans la pharmacopée française, soit
Teinture de gingembre : c'est le rhisome de zinziber officinalis qui est exploité et préparé par "lixiviation" avec de l'alcool ethylique à 700.
Huile essentielle de térébenthine : proviens de l'oléorésine fournie par Lares Européa Décidua, préparée par distillation directe à la vapeur d'eau et mise en solution huileuse.
Alcoolat de Romarin : on utilise les sommets fleuries fralches de rosmarinus officinales labrée.
Dans la formule initiale de base, nous pouvons aussi faire varier la composition et la concentration des flugènes soit

La préparation objet de l'invention peut-etre utilisée dans le traitement local d'une inflammation ou d'une infection des pulvérisations repétées sur une région douloureuse ou souillée provoquent un effet antiinflammatoire sédatif rapide dans les cas de contractions musculaires et de traumatismes des parties molles. L'effet thérapeutique est concluant dans le traitement de migraines, céphalées, algies faciales, myalgies, arthrose cervicale et cor me antiinflammatoire superficiel d'appoint dans les cas de cellulite maxillo-faciale.
La projection de la préparation sur des cultures d'espèces bact-riennes pathogènes banales, E. coli, staphylocoque doré, pseudomonas, streptocoque du groupe D... montre une action antibiotique brutale de destruction foudroyante.
La préparation prévient et traite l'infection des plaies superficielles souillées, des écorchures et coupures.

Claims (4)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    I - La préparation médicamenteuse a usage externe antiinflammatoire et antiinfec-ieuse caractérisée par le fait qu'elle associe des extraits végétaux liquides à des gaz flugènes.
  2. 2 - La composition du produit actif végétal à base de teinture de gingembre, huile essentielle d'origan, de geniève, de térébenthine, de menthol, camphre e et alcoolat de romarin.
  3. 3 - L'association des flugènes 12 + 114 et 11 + I2 donnant un effet réfrigérant $antiinflammatoire $immédiat.
  4. 4 - La combinaison des Flugènes I2 + 114 et 11 + I2 à tout antiinflammatoires liquide à usage externe.
