Description

/DESCRIPTION/
A - Dispositif de fer à souder manuel, permettant d'effectuer des soudures
å l'tain à partir du secteur 50 ou 60 Hz à des intensités variables et
instantanées sans avoir à changer de fer à souder.
B - Il comprend un cordon secteur (1), un interrupteur marche-arrét (2), un
enroulement primaire (3) comportant L1-L2 permettant d'ajuster la tension
au réseau, un commutateur (4) pour changer la tension, un entrefer (5)
pour faciliter le passage du courant de Foucault, un enroulement secon
daire (6) divisé en plusieurs enroulements (Par exemple : 2 à 6 enroulement
L3.L4.L5.L6 permettant d'obtenir les variations d'intensité), un commuta
teur (7) permettant de changer les calibres sur l'intensité désirée, un
élément (8) chauffant permettant d'effectuer la soudure.
C - Le brevet permet de souder à l'étain à des intensités différentes sur des
pièces de petite, moyenne et grosse importance sans changer de fer.
Il peut trouver son application dans les secteurs de I'électronique, du
câblage et du dépannage.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATI0NS
1 - Fer à souder manuel permettant de souder à des intensités différentes
constitué par un cordon secteur (1), un interrupteur AR/MA (2), un
enroulement primaire (3) comportant (L1-L2) permettant d'ajuster la
tension au réseau, un commutateur pour changer la tension et un entrefer
caractérisé par un enroulement secondaire qui comprend plusieurs enrou
lements, par un autre commutateur (7) pour changer les calibres et par
un élément chauffant (8).
2 - Fer à souder selon la revendication (1)
Caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement secondaire comprend 2 à 6 enroulements.
