Abstract

A simple support frame is used for a bicycle saddle. It has the saddle (10) stretched over the wire frame (12), which is made in one piece. The front of the saddle is supported on a U-shaped loop (18) in the wire and the rear on coiled spring ends (20). The middle sections of each side of the frame have single loops to secure to the mounting boss (26) to fit the saddle to the frame. The rear coiled ends are linked to the saddle by ends which are bent over and clipped through securing eyelets (24).
