Abstract

Emballage constitué d'une caisse avec couvercle pour le transport de la marée fraîche. Selon l'invention une caisse en carton, mais spécialement traité pour être imperméable forme un bac au fond duquel est placé un caillebotis 53-54 permettant de maintenir le chargement en dehors de l'eau de fonte. Ces emballages peuvent être livrés et stockés à plat, montés au moment de l'emploi et permettent le transport de la marée fraîche dans de bonnes conditions de refroidissement même en été.
