Abstract
the mechanism uses inter-related wheels and levers to convert a primary repetitive oscillation into a secondary oscillation. A lever pivots about the axis of a primary wheel, the short arm constituting a wheel radius. The wheel runs on the rim of a secondary fixed wheel, a secondary lever having its short arm defined by the wheel axes. When the levers are in coincident vertical alignment the mechanism is at repose, and the two remote lever ends oscillate on curved paths of a similar length. The amplitudes may be unequal with either predominant, and the fixed wheel dia. may be less than that of the mobile.
