Abstract

The deflector improves ventilation by lowering-type car side windows. It consists of a transparent, flexible screen (9) on the outer front and top of the window. The screen overlaps the depth of the window rear edge by a tongue (12) masking the depression zone caused by vehicle movement. The front (10) and upper (11) screen parts are rounded whereas the rear tongue (12) is flat, parallel and near the window (8). The rear tongue enlarges towards the window upper corner (14). There is a seal for the screen fixing.
