Abstract
A device for resynchronising numerical information comprises a supervision circuit (2) which receives numerical information (IFE) at the rate of a remote clock signal (HD), the information being in frames of 256 binary elements in 32 eight element time intervals. When synchronisation is lost a signal from the supervision circuit (2) is applied to a restoring circuit (6) which also receives the original information and clock pulses (HD). This circuits (6) supplies simultaneously four octet signals of the same rank belonging to four groups of 256 binary elements received. A test circuit (3) verifies whether or not synchronising conditions are present and supplies a regeneration signal (RS) to control an address circuit (8) for a frame memory circuit (9) which receives the original input information frame by frame and is controlled to transmit resynchronised signals.
