Abstract

a. Cristalliseur-classeur à classement en continu du produit b. Le cristalliseur comporte une chambre de décantation 9 à travers laquelle un courant de liqueur-mère est conduit d'en bas vers le haut jusqu'à au moins un orifice d'évacuation 10. Le classement se fait par décantation en contre-courant entre la liqueur-mère et les cristaux qui se déposent. La chambre de décantation 9 est divisée par des cloisons 17, 18, 19 en un certain nombre de compartiments verticaux s'étendant parallèlement les uns aux autres et dont chacun présente au moins un orifice d'évacuation 10. c. L'invention permet de faire varier le spectre granulométrique du produit, tout en maintenant constant le régime de cristallisation, et plus particulièrement le débit de liqueur-mère.
