Abstract

Mémoire rémanente à film magnétique. La mémoire comprend un film de Gadolinium-cobalt amorphe magnétique déposé sur un substrat de silicium et recouvert de deux films minces conducteurs de boucles << d'écriture >> en forme d'oméga Le film de GdCo a la forme des bras d'une croix comportant des bornes d'alimentation et des bornes de sortie de tension de Hall. La lecture de la mémoire est faite en envoyant une impulsion d'interrogation à un bras qui produit une impulsion de sortie de tension de Hall à l'autre bras dont la polarité est fonction du sens de magnétisation du film de GdCo. Application aux mémoires magnétiques.
