Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour mesurer la distribution d'énergie rayonnante produite par des particules pour leur caractérisation. Selon l'invention, il comprend une source 12 d'énergie rayonnante projetant un faisceau le long d'un premier axe 20, une zone de detection 28 sur l'axe 20, un moyen 40, 34, 36, 42 pour déplacer les particules à travers la zone de détection pour produire, par ces particules, une énergie rayonnante reradiée, un moyen 29 pour recueillir une partie de l'energie rayonnante reradiee sur des angles entourant sensiblement la zone de détection et la projeter sous forme de groupes de rayons vers un dispositif de mesure 60 espacé de la zone de détection le long de l'axe 20. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'étude des particules.
