Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de régulation de la vitesse d'un véhicule automobile. Ledit dispositif comporte un régulateur électrique qui compare la vitesse réelle avec une vitesse de consigne et comprend un mécanisme de réglage à moteur électrique relié au papillon 5, entre lequel et la partie mobile 8 du mécanisme de réglage 9 est intercalé un accouplement mécanique 22 relié à la pédale de frein 19 ou d'embrayage 17 de façon que, lorsque celle-ci est actionnée, l'accouplement 22 soit manoeuvré de façon à provoquer une séparation entre le mécanisme de réglage 9 et le papillon 5. Application à la régulation de la vitesse d'un véhicule automobile.
