Les médicaments selon l'invention consistent en S,S-dioxyde de l'acide (2S,5R,6S)-6-bromo-3,3-diméthyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicycloØ3.2.0õheptane-2-carboxylique, ses sels et ses esters facilement hydrolysables. Applications : utilisation en combinaison avec les antibiotiques du type beta -lactames sensibles aux beta -lactamases telles que l'enzyme RTEM.
