Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour faciliter le démarrage d'un moteur Diesel, et réduire la teneur des gaz d'échappement en oxydes d'azote. Selon l'invention, un catalyseur 4, chauffé par un moyen électrique 3, est disposé dans le collecteur d'admission 2, et reçoit du carburant par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape électromagnétique 5, afin de chauffer l'air d'admission du moteur Diesel 1. L'invention s'applique notamment aux moteurs Diesel.
