Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de copolymères contenant des groupes hydroxy et solubles dans les solvants organiques. On prépare les copolymères de l'invention en estérifiant tout d'abord un acide monocarboxylique alpha , beta -insaturé avec un composé monoglycidylique en présence d'un composé vinylique et d'un catalyseur destérification à base d'un composé d'un métal alcalin, puis on effectue la copolymérisation en présence de solvants inertes. Lors de la copolymérisation, outre le produit monomère d'estérification, au moins deux autres composés vinyliques doivent être présents dans la charge réactionnelle.
