Abstract

La présente invention concerne une poupée pour transporteurs tubulaires à vis sans fin. Notamment elle est utilement employée pour le transport de poudres très fines quand on a besoin d'une installation en mesure de fournir des débits de quantités bien déterminées. Le but de la présente invention est celui d'assurer, par une construction simple et d'encombrement minimum, la disposition coaxiale parfaite entre l'arbre à vitesse réduite du réducteur, l'axe de la vis sans fin d'alimentation et l'axe du tube contenant la même vis sans fin d'alimentation L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte : une bride centrée et fixée en correspondance de l'une des extrémités dudit tube contenant la vis sans fin d'alimentation; un pivot, supporté par ladite bride au moyen de roulements à rouleaux coniques, ayant l'une de ses extrémités fixée de manière coaxiale à une extrémité correspondante de ladite vis sans fin d'alimentation au moyen d'un accouplement coulissant suivant son axe et en mesure d'assurer une rotation solidaire; l'autre extrémité dudit pivot est reliée de manière solidaire pour la rotation de l'équipage mobile (porte-train) d'un réducteur épicycloïdal partiellement loge à l'intérieur d'un support fixé à ladite bride de manière coaxiale.
