Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'élevage, en bac, de poissons de mer ou d'eau douce, depuis la naissance jusquà la commercialisation, notamment de larves et d'alevins, le produit obtenu et l'appareil pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé. Le procédé consiste à congeler un mélange comprenant de l'eau et la ration alimentaire en un bloc cylindrique 1, à conserver ce dernier à au plus 0 degrés C et à alimenter les individus en plaçant ce dernier verticalement dans un tube 5, disposé au-dessus du bac 3 d'élevage, de telle sorte qu'au moins l'extrémité inférieure 4 dudit bloc est soumise à la température ambiante et qu'ainsi la congélation progressive dudit bloc procure une alimentation en continu desdits individus. L'invention voit son application à la pisciculture, notamment.
