Abstract

Manomètre fondé sur l'usage d'une capsule anéroïde dans lequel le déplacement relatif des membranes de la capsule est transformé en une grandeur capacitive proportionnelle à la pression à mesurer. La capacité C qui est proportionnelle à la pression est formée entre un plateau de condensateur 17 disposé à l'intérieur 20 de la capsule anéroïde 10 et la partie 18 de la membrane 12 située en face du plateau 17. La membrane 11 située en face du plateau 17. La membrane 11 opposée est traversée par un ensemble d'entrée isolé 14, 15, 16 qui fixe le plateau de condensateur 17 à cette membrane. Application : manomètres pour radiosondes.
