Abstract

L'invention est relative à des usines à tambour rotatif, pour la fabrication d'une large gamme de produits en béton armé et en béton précontraint, caractérisée par le fait qu'elles utilisent d'une part un tambour doté sur sa périphérie extérieure d'une série de bancs à trois fonctions, de manière à assurer tant la fabrication des produits en béton armé que la fabrication des produits en béton précontraint et que d'autre part les moules et les installations de bétonnage, traitement thermique, démoulage et mise en place des armatures sont dotés de moyens qui augmentent leur efficacité tout en simplifiant leur fonctionnement. Ces usines peuvent être réalisées, soit sous la forme d'usines fixes, soit sous la forme d'usines flottantes et elles apportent une réduction sensible de la masse salariale et de la consommation d'énergie.
