THE PROCESS CONSISTS OF INTRODUCING LIQUID CYANURYL CHLORIDE THROUGH A NOZZLE ARRIVED AT THE UPPER PART OF A REACTOR, INTO WATER PUMPED UP BY ONE OR MORE NOZZLES, THIS WATER BEING INTRODUCED ABOVE A SHOULDER SHALLOWING LOCATED IN THE LOWER OPEN PART OF THE DEVICE SO THAT THE INTERIOR WALLS OF THE MIXING CHAMBER ARE ALWAYS COVERED WITH A CONTINUOUS LAYER OF LIQUID. C. THIS PROCESS ALLOWS AQUEOUS SUSPENSIONS OF CYANURYL CHLORIDE TO BE OBTAINED WITH VERY LOW HYDROLYSIS.
