THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HEIGHT OF IT AND THE DISTANCE BETWEEN PALLETS ARE BETWEEN 0.5 AND 2.5. IN THE CASE OF A PROPULSION ROTOR, THE ANGLE OF TILT OF THE PALLETS IS BETWEEN 20 AND 55 AND THE RELATIVE ANGLE OF INCIDENCE OF THE FLUID IS BETWEEN 5 AND 10. IN THE REVERSE CASE OF EXTRACTION OF KINETIC ENERGY OF A FLUID, THE SUS-EVOK ANGLE OF TILT IS BETWEEN 5 AND 20 AND THE RELATIVE ANGLE OF INCIDENCE BETWEEN 5 AND 10.
