THE DISCHARGE OF THE CAPACITOR IS DONE BY A COMMAND SWITCH 13 CONNECTED IN PARALLEL WITH THE CAPACITOR 9 AND SHORT-CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TERM, AT EACH PERIOD, BY A PULSE DELIVERED BY A CIRCUIT 15, AT THE INPUT 16 OF THE SWITCH 13. THE VOLTAGE STORED IN THE CAPACITOR 9 DETERMINES THE TRIPPING OF A DEVICE AT THRESHOLD 14 AND STARTING A THYRISTOR 17 COMMANDING THE CURRENT IN THE EXCITATION WINDING 2 OF THE ALTERNATOR 1.
