Abstract
Dans des circuits de mesure de signaux qui sont contrôlés par une masse flottante de référence et qui tirent leurs signaux d'entrée d'électrodes attachées au corps d'un patient, les effets de potentiels de mode commun sur le corps du patient sont réduits au minimum sans que cela exige des électrodes attachées au corps du patient autres que celles qui servent de sources de signaux, de à l'utilisation d'un amplificateur à gain unité pour faire évoluer la masse flottante vers le potentiel de mode commun régnant sur le corps du patient. Ce processus est réalisé sans dégrader dans une mesure appréciable l'impédance d'isolement entre les circuits de mesure et masse vraie G. Application au monitoring cardiaque, à l'électro-encéphalographie et à l'électromyographie.
