Abstract

Brassiere strap control buckle has the flat, elastic ribbon strap attached to the central bar of the buckle, by welding or adhesion. The central bar of the buckle is relatively wide, and provided with a butt or stop for positioning the strap. The buckle of the invention offers a method of controlling strap length without an embarrassing and unsightly folding over of the strap in the area of the buckle. Since no folding of the strap is required, a shorter length of strap is needed.
