Abstract

L'objet de l'invention concerne un dispositif de moules à gâteaux à empreintes multiples. Il est constitué par une série de moules à empreintes identiques ou différentes, mais de même hauteur à parois minces et arêtes tranchantes, fixes à intervalles réguliers avec espacement approprié sur une monture métallique formant socle stabilisateur. Il est destiné à être utilisé dans la pâtisserie artisanale ou même semi-industrielle pour la confection régulière de petits gâteaux type dit " barquette " ou similère, de réduire les temps de travail et améliorer les fabrications.
