Abstract

Dispositif permettant de lier solidement et rapidement le col d'un sac sans effectuer de noeud puis de bloquer irréversiblement le point de liaison en le scellant avec l'outil-matrice employé pour la déformation des scellés en plomb. Il se présente comme un lient résistant en compound plastique, conservant les déformations et changeant de couleur au point d'application d'une forte compression. L'une des extrémités de ce lien peut être insérée dans un percement équipant l'autre extrémité, formant ainsi une boucle qui ne peut qu'être resserrée, des crans anti-recul contigus se redressant au sortir du percement La compression des mâchoires de l'outil-matrice appliquée au point de liaison de la boucle, scelle le lien à l'empreinte de la matrice en déformant le compound ainsi qu'un insert métallique qui, entourant le percement, piège la partie de lien qui s'y trouve, empêchant ainsi aussi bien son avancement que son recul. Ce dispositif peut notamment être utilisé pour la fermeture et le scellé des sacs chargés de valeurs, tels que sacs postaux, douanier, bancaires, etc.
