Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une méthode et un dispositif pour le traitement d'un signal à modulation de phase qui a été modulé à l'aide d'informations numériques par diminution ou augmentation unidirectionnelle temporaire de la fréquence nominale du signal de la porteuse pour effectuer la modification de phase en fonction des informations numériques. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le signal de porteuse modulée est filtré par un filtre comportant une fréquence centrale qui est décalée par rapport à la fréquence nominale de la porteuse dans le sens de ladite diminution ou augmentation unidirectionnelle de la fréquence et en ce que les informations numériques provenant du signal filtré sont récupérées. Application de l'invention à la transmission d'informations dans un puits pendant son forage.
