Abstract

Dispositif assurant la localisation angulaire d'un objet illuminé et permettant la localisation à la fois de plusieurs objets. L'objet (SM) est doté d'un catadioptre 10 précédé d'un modulateur optique 11-12. Le dispositif de localisation comporte un illuminateur 1-2 dont le champ correspond à celui de réception. Le rayonnement d'émission renvoyé par rétroréflexion et modulé est focalisé par un objectif optique 4 sur une matrice 6 d'éléments en X Y commandés électriquement par un circuit de commande 9 et un circuit de calcul 20 pour passer de l'état opaque à l'état transparent selon un programme de sélection prédéterminé. Un photodétecteur unique 7 en aval de la matrice alimente à travers un circuit démodulateur 16 le circuit de calcul qui fournit les données d'écartométrie angulaire de l'objet Dans le cas de plusieurs objets, les modulations sont distinctes et autant de voie de démodulation sont prévues. L'invention s'applique notamment aux systèmes viseurs de casque.
