Abstract
L'invention concerne une pile électrique. Il est décrit une cellule à l'oxyde de nickel/hydrogène avec électrodes à accumulation à l'oxyde de nickel positives et avec électrodes catalytiques négatives contenant du nickel de Raney pour la conversion d'hydrogène, et avec des corps de diffusion disposées régulièrement entre deux électrodes négatives pour le transport d'hydrogène à partir des électrodes négatives ou vers elles, et avec un empilement d'électrode disposé à l'intérieur d'un boîtier de cellule et constitué de couches successives d'électrodes positives et négatives séparées par des séparateurs où chaque électrode positive est entourée par deux électrodes négatives, caractérisée en ce que les électrodes négatives sont intégrées de façon structurelle dans les corps de diffusion et en ce que les corps de diffusion sont constitués d'un substrat fibreux métallisé conducteur, qui forme également le conducteur de courant et l'ossature de soutien des électrodes négatives.
