Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un refroidisseur à grille mobile dans lequel est prevue, au-dessous du brin supérieur de la chaîne grille 1 d'une structure perméable au produit, une grille 3 montée fixe, d'une structure perméable à l'air et qui est destinée à recevoir et supporter une couche de produit à refroidir immobile 18. Cet agencement permet d'obtenir un effet de refroidissement très uniforme avec une construction simple et avantageuse du point de vue de l'usure.
