Abstract

Pour fabriquer une émulsion on fait passer un mélange de fluides entre des surfaces séparées entre elles par de faibles intervalles. Les surfaces peuvent être fourrées de lamelles 1, empilées les unes sur les autres et séparées par des intervalles égaux 2, l'admission du mélange se faisant par un côté de la pile et la sortie de l'émulsion par le côté opposé. Application, notamment, à la fabrication d'émulsions d'huiles ou d'hydrocarbures dans l'eau.
