Abstract
Dispositif d'affichage fluorescent à excitation d'électrons de faible niveau d'énergie. Le dispositif d'affichage fluorescent à émission rouge selon l'invention emploie un phosphore en SnO 2 /Eu. Le phosphore est fabriqué de la façon suivante : une solution aqueuse d'un mélange d'europium et d'au moins un matériau choisi parmi les halogenures stanneux et le sulfate stanneux est préparée. La quantité d'ions europium est réglée de façon que le rapport entre ions europium et ions étain en pourcentage d'atomes soit compris entre 5 x 10-**2 et 10. La solution est versée dans une solution aqueuse chaude comprenant des ions oxaliques, avec laquelle elle est mélangée, alors que les solutions mélangées sont agitées, de façon à former des co-précités d'oxalate d'étain et d'europium. Après séchage, les co-précités sont chauffés de façon à être décomposés thermiquement, puis sont soumis à un traitement thermique à une température supérieure à celle de la décomposition thermique, à la suite de quoi, les ions europium se diffusent dans les matrices d'oxyde stannique. Application aux dispositifs d'affichage par fluorescence.
