Abstract

L'invention concerne les gyroscopes à laser en anneau. Un gyroscope à laser en anneau comprend des surfaces réfléchissantes 24, 26, 28 et 30 qui sont placées aux sommets d'un tétraèdre. Cette configuration permet d'obtenir des angles d'incidence plus faibles sur chaque miroir, ce qui réduit les effets des caractéristiques d'anisotropie de phase de ces surfaces réfléchissantes, En outre, en utilisant des surfaces réfléchissantes provenant d'un même lot de fabrication, on obtient des caractéristiques d'anisotropie de phase pratiquement identiques dont les effets s'annulent au cours des réflexions successives sur les différentes surfaces réfléchissantes. Application aux systèmes de guidage par inertie.
