Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des fibres de cellulose régénérée fortement frisées et ayant un module au mouillé élevé. Ce procédé consiste à filer une viscose présentant un rapport de la cellulose à l'hydroxyde de sodium compris dans les gammes de 0,8 - 0,95 ou de 1,05 - 1,2; à ajouter à la viscose avant la filature au moins un composé azoté basique et au moins un polyoxyde d'alkylène ou un phénol éthoxylé, respectivement à raison de 0,5 à 3 % et de 0,5 à 4 % par rapport à la teneur en cellulose de la viscose; et à choisir le composé azoté parmi les cyclohexylamines, les cyclohexylalkylamines, les N,N'-dihydroxyalkylamines, les N-hydroxyalkyl N'-alkylamines, les alkyldiamines et di-alkyldiamines et les amines grasses éthoxylées. L'invention s'applique en particulier à l'obtention de fibres de cellulose régénérée appartenant à la catégorie normalisée << Modal >>.
