Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de récipients décorés. On superpose deux flancs formés de deux feuilles métalliques qui sont soumises simultanément à emboutissage en donnant ainsi deux ébauches en creux s'emboîtant l'une dans l'autre, après quoi une première ébauche est soumise séparément à une opération visant à créer des inégalités de surface sur cette ébauche créant ainsi des éléments décoratifs notamment sur sa surface extérieure (opposée à la surface de ladite première ébauche venant au contact de la seconde ébauche, lorsque les deux ébauches sont emboîtées) en suite de quoi les deux ébauches sont ensuite réunies et réemboîtées l'une dans l'autre et solidarisées au moins par leur bord. Application à la fabrication de plats métalliques décorés en relief.
